Guide & Terms of Service

  • All prices are in USD.

  • You can contact me via toyhou.se @Piine, Discord @piinemarten, or FurAffinitty @Piine

  • FULL payment is required before I continue further than a rough sketch.

  • All sensitive information between the customer and I will remain private unless given explicit permisisons to share. I will never publicly share your legal name, email, payment information or social medias.

  • Payment through paypal invoice only. (I you can't use paypal, we can discuss alternate payment)

  • If you are concerned with my style not suiting your needs please do not commission me.

  • If I don't believe you are 18+ you may be asked to provide ID of proof of age if ordering NSFW, ID must match paypal name. (Only name and DOB need to be visible)

  • All art I create I retain the right to use as examples of my work unless explicitly requested by the customer.

  • Once art has been completed I can not offer a refund, however you have 2 weeks after completion to request small revisions, large revisions may incur an additional fee.

  • Please send me an example of which of my styles you prefer, otherwise I will just do whatever style I feel like.

  • Please supply me with a digital colour palette if you provide me with a traditional reference, otherwise the colours will be chosen to match at my discretion.

What you can do with your commission

  • You can share your commissioned pieces on social media with credit linking back to my toyhou.se or this website.
  • I am okay with you making edits to your commissioned pieces, as long as my credit remains for the work I have done and you do NOT edit it using generative AI software or models. Edits can include:
    1. Changing markings/colours/design to reflect new changes you have made to character/s or mistakes I made that you noticed and you don't want to mention. (I am more than happy to fix mistakes if you ask!!)
    2. Making slight anatomy changes, I understand that certain elements are very personal preference and I might not have drawn somethong exactly how you like.
    3. Editing the background out of images or adding additional elements, or even drawing a new background. (Feel free to ask for transparent backgrounds)
    4. I keep ALL my files, if you commissioned me within the last decade I can still edit your art or give you transparent/unshaded copies if requested! Edits done by myself other than removing shading/background will require a small payment.
  • DO NOT edit my art for hateful, political or otherwise mean-spirited means. If you are trying to push any agenda that actively harms people, animals or the planet: stay away from me and my art.
  • DO NOT use my art for commercial purposes, do not use or sell my art for profit, commercial licencing can be discussed.
  • DO NOT use my art for generative AI purposes. If you use GenAI or any GPTs, stay away from me and my art. Educate yourself and do better.

Deadlines

  • If you have a strict deadline in mind for completion please commission at least 2 months prior to deadline and I will try my best. I can not guarantee it will be met.
  • Completion time may vary if client communication is slow, I do not mind folks who take time to reply. Please keep in mind I will not be able to progress without needed information which will effect completion times.
  • I am disabled, I will be as transparent as possible with any delays due to my health.

Refunds

  • If you are unhappy with the finished product I cannot offer a refund, however I am willing to work with you to make it more to your liking within reason.
  • I can only offer a full refund if only a rough sketch has been produced.
  • Partial refunds can be discussed depending on how far I have progressed on your art, you will receive the partial refund and what has been completed of the art.
  • You have 2 weeks after completion to request small revisions, large revisions may incur an additional fee

  • Characters WILL be simplified.
  • Any Species
  • By default you will recieve 1x, 2x, 4x scales. (Approx. pixel sizes: 35px, 70px, 140px, will vary per character.)
  • Can request other sizes. Example: 100px icon sized. Can't guarantee they will look correct with specific sizes.
  • Can be converted to telegram stickers upon request. Or DIY with this tool (this is what we use). They WILL look a little weird. You can preview some here.
  • 2x recommended for Discord emotes. 1x recommended for TGS conversion. 4x for Discord stickers.

If you order all 11 it does not have to be the same character for each.
    Minor edits allowed, including:
  • Hair tufts
  • Scars/Ear notches
  • Missing limbs/Removing parts
  • Adding or removing mouth lines/teeth
  • Piercings
  • Small accesories like bracelets/anclets/necklace.
Larger edits can be discussed and will usually cost between an extra 1 to 3 USD each
